SETUP WIZARD FOR CYGWIN?XFREE86

I have created a little windows interface for Cygwin/XFree86. With this new
installation wizard, all you have to do is double click on the Setup icon
and the rest is interactive.

Feel free to edit setup.bat if you need to. ( %1 == cygwin folder)

You need to place the two files setupx.exe and setup.bat it under :
pub/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-binaries/4.1.0/
