Can't start Xfree on NT

Recently I've installed Cygwin/Xfree on my NT box. When I try to 
start it, i get the messege:

>Fatal server error:
>no screens found
>xsetroot: unable to open display '127.0.0.1:0.0'
>
>xterm Xt error: Can't open display 127.0.0.1:0.0
>twm: unable to open display  '127.0.0.1:0.0'

I can't understand this becouse  I can start the xserver by typing
XWin.exe -screen 0 1280x1024x16 in the cygwin window.

Can somebody help me?
