Harold, Can you update xc/programs/xinit, xc/programs/proxymngr and xc/config/util from CVS. I've just committed (hopefully the right) changes for Cygwin/XFree86 and this issue.
I've tested FreeBSD, Linux and native Cygwin, so if you can do a cross compile run - that'd be useful. Thanks. Alan.
