Yes, there are tons of window managers available.  However, I'd like you to
run "xev" in Cygwin/XFree86 and check if the mouse events that xev reports
correspond to the button that you push.

You'll be looking for things like a lack of events for the right mouse
button, duplicate events (beware that some will be push, some will be
release), or anything that looks strange.
