No problems here. This type of problem is usually related to security attributes (i.e. permissions). You might want to review the permissions of the files and directories involved. Looking at the output of this command when run under strace may help you pinpoint the problem if it's not obvious. Sorry, I don't have any other ideas based on the information provided.
