Gunnar, This is exactly what the `cygpath -w -l` is supposed to do. The problem is that I forgot that the currently compiled cygpath is buggy (not sure why, recompiling it from 1.3.12-4 sources works). Either recompile cygpath, or use the attached binary (compiled on Win2k, don't know if it matters). Igor
