I really don't know what causes the problem, but very often, after exiting cygwin "ipc-daemon.exe" process stays in memory. Running cygwin setup program (2.249.2.5) after exiting cygwin every time causes blue screen of death on Windows XP Professional with different errors. If I kill "ipc-daemon.exe" manually from Windows Task Manager - setup runs ok.
