I installed cygwin 1.5 using the setup-legacy.exe and all the binaries get installed in C:\Cygwin\usr\bin instead of C:\Cygwin\bin and hence the C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat link is broken
How do I change the binaries install location from C:\Cygwin\usr\bin to
C:\Cygwin\bin
