The GNU libiconv package provides an iconv() implementation, for use on
systems which don't have one, or whose implementation cannot convert
from/to Unicode.

[[ compiled using gcc-4.3.4-3 ]]

Changes since libiconv-1.13.1-1
========================================
o Rebuild against newer cygwin [*]
o Correct issue related to wchar_t support (Corinna Vinschen)
o Use modern (linux-like) idioms in relocation code (Corinna Vinschen)

[*] Note: proper compilation of libiconv itself requires an (as yet)
    unreleased version of cygwin (1.7.8). However, the compiled result
    operates correctly under cygwin-1.7.2 or later.
