The Cygwin cross-compiler toolchain is now available for Fedora 16 i686 and x86_64. The fedora-cygwin-release-3-1.noarch.rpm package, available from multiple locations, will enable the Fedora Cygwin repos for Fedora 14 and up on either arch.
