The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

*** emacs-X11-23.4-2
*** emacs-el-23.4-2
*** emacs-24.0.96-2
*** emacs-X11-24.0.96-2
*** emacs-el-24.0.96-2
The 23.4-2 packages replace 23.4-1 as "current", and the 24.0.96-2
packages replace 24.0.96-1 as "test". These are bugfix releases, which
attempt to fix the problem reported at
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2012-05/msg00275.html
Emacs users are encouraged to try the test releases and report any
problems to the cygwin mailing list.
