...which is... now. I built the w32api packages for Fedora myself, and given I'm (apparently) the only one building Cygwin on Fedora, that should be ok. Next time, please send patches to the cygwin-patches mailing list. It's not much of a problem to send them here, but cygwin-patches is the list dedicated to them :) Pushed as trivial patch, so no BSD 2-clause license sign-off per https://cygwin.com/contrib.html required.
