Good Day! I've searched the net regarding building the cygwin dll and found these.

The faq contains an entry on how to build dlls but *not* how to build the cygwin dll. All the readme files in the distribution cygwin-1.3.12-4.tar.bz2 don't mention how to build the cygwin dll.
