Hernan, Additions to the OLOCA are mined from the Cygwin mailing lists. I haven't seen this term used, so I didn't include it (and won't until it's actually used by someone, in context, more than once). FWIW, the OLOCA contains links to other acronym lists, both of which contain this expression (one in a slightly modified form, i.e., PEBCAK). So far the Cygwin lists used other, more to-the-point, acronyms, e.g., YOWTWYWT and BWAM.
