Can we stop discussing this now? Whether it is compatible for you or not is really irrelevant to the cygwin mailing list population. If you or someone else wants to offer to maintain sendmail as a package then they should go through the very simple package submission process. Otherwise, I don't see any reason to continue this discussion. We don't add packages on an as-needed basis.
