With Docbook, I'm hoping the documents will be built.
The w32api headers and mingw headers should be included with the cygwin dll, as it was in the beginning. I'm seeing a lot of projects killed on Cygwin because of misconfiguration.
It frustrates the programmer who wants his/her program to build.
