while c:\cygwin was still there, i reinstalled cygwin to c:\cgywin3.
the ssh service in services namely CYGWINsshd still points to the now deleted c:\cygwin\bin\cygrunsrv.exe so how can i remove the service?
since when i run ssh-host-config in the new cygwin , it skips the installing-sshd-as-a-service step.
