I read the guidelines, and I think the only part I missed is attaching the
cygcheck.out file.

Yes, that's a good part of what I was looking for. If you can't find a way to
attach the cygcheck output through gmane, just send a new message to the list
via email with the output attached. That'll work. ;-)
