The C++ parser was completely rewritten in gcc 3.4. This is one of the things that was removed as a result. There is no switch that's going to bring it back. If you want to port the code, why not just change relocp such that it's a char * and cast it to PIMAGE_BASE_RELOCATION when it's necessary to access a field. Or use a union of the two.
