Yes, when `setup.exe' warn cygwin1.dll can't be replaced, you have 2 options, 1, kill all cygwin processes and continue, or, 2, ignore it and reboot. Any by `build', I mean build cygwin1.dll and then copy it to /bin, then again if some cygwin processes are running I need kill them.
