Hi, I just installed Cygwin 1.1.4 in the hopes that it would support the latest GNU Common Lisp (GCL version 2.3.6). This version of GCL states in its "machines" file * gnuwin95: Windows 95 or Windows NT, using gcc and cygwinb19.dll (NOT b20) so I was not surprised when the "make" of GCL failed. What did surprise me is that gcc complained that some of the c code was incorrect -- a lot of stray "/". While I track down why these errors arise, I thought I'd ask if anyone has built GCLv2.3.6 under Cygwin1.1.4? Thanks, Warren Ferguson _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
