For everyones edification, some of the mirrors ( I only use one so I don't know
about others ) mirror all of sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin and therefore have
the snapshots in there download. I use sunsite.utk.edu which is a U.S.A.
mirror. Check your favorite mirror and see if you can download a snapshot from
them.
