Gettext distro replaces /usr/info/dir

Excerpt from /setup.log.full:

site: ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/pub/sourceware/cygwin
...
Downloaded contrib/gettext/gettext-0.10.35-2.tar.gz
...
Installing contrib/gettext/gettext-0.10.35-2.tar.gz
...
Installing file D:/cygwin/usr/info/dir
...

This replaces the existing dir-file with one having
entries only for gettext.
