Hmmmm??? I'm sorry, I don't remember seeing other queries about
/usr/include/X11. I'll go search the archives...but the
/usr/include/X11/ "problem" also exists in the tcltk package.
Anyway, sorry for the noise; I keep up with the list pretty thoroughly
and did not recall this point being raised previously.
