I got this message during building cygwin from source, is it a problem to build
the libs for dumper.exe, or why aren't they implied?

*** sources from sources.redhat.com. Then, configure and build these
*** libraries. Otherwise, you can safely ignore this warning.
I looked at redhat, but didn't found at once, anyone got a fast hint for me?
