Cygwin IDE

        Hello
I've got a question: is some IDE for windows like rhide/Visual/Builder
because I don't found rhide for windows (is only for DJGPP and linux but
is not for Cygwin). Maybe is some port for Makefile from Visual/Builder
project ? Is something like this IDE ? or alternatively fro Makefile with
all resources including ?
