Compiling Source-Navigator using Cygwin is
not currently supported. We are going to
be working on getting the as yet unreleased
Source-Navigator 5.0 to compile with Cygwin,
but that is going to have to wait until our
internal upgrade to Tcl/Tk 8.3 is finished.
