I'd like to use 0.9x -- but I don't think it's been ported to Cygwin.
12/16 colors is better thN what I'm getting. ;)

I did -- but to no avail ;( I've even changed $TERM from "cygwin" to:
pcansi/ansi/linux/cons25/etc/etc -- no joy!
