I have updated cygrunsrv to version 0.92-2. This is a bugfix release. In case of errors, cygrunsrv now prints not only the windows error code but also the corresponding error message. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Run setup and answer all of the questions.
