Problems with __try and __except are often reported when using the -mno-cygwin switch of Cygwin GCC to compile mingw programs especially TCL I noticed a explaination of the problem in mailing list archives at http://sources.redhat.com/ml/cygwin/2000-06/msg00346.html which mentions some mingw defines are missing from Cygwin. So I have to ask why doesn't someone just add those extra few lines to /usr/include/mingw32/excpt.h to make -mno-cygwin equal to mingw ? -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
