any one got latex2html working in cygwin?

hi; 

I was wondering if anyone got latex2html working ok from cygwin?
I have it installed on windows OK, and have spend 3 hrs trying to get it to work 
from cygwin instead, but still some problems remain, I'll spend more time on it....
