How to make an errno from Win32-API GetLastError() result?

Hello,

Does Cygwin provide a way to map the result of GetLastError() to the errno
variable?
Is there at least documentation available which errno is similar to a
GetLastError() result?
I searched the list archive but I only found some suggestions about
this(from 1997).
