Chris, This is done. I took the formatted version of winsup/doc/history.texinfo (i.e., faq/faq_6.html) and dropped it into history.html. I'll remove history.texinfo later. Obviously this does not deserve much of anyone's time, but feel free to have a look and let me know if anything needs to be changed. (Or just change it yourself.)
