Lile Elam is hosting a cypherpunks meeting and BBQ this Saturday at
130 Bryant St., Palo Alto.
The home and art gallery has 802.11b access, a display area inside for
A/V presentations, a yard outside for spoken presentations and
discussions (and BBQ). Bring things to grill and potluck-type food!
Musical instruments are also welcome.
Some discussion topics include the current Digital Rights Management
vs. Secure Computing vs. TCPA debate, and what people are planning
to do for Defcon. Hacking 802.11 is always a popular topic as well.
Directions:
From 101: Take University Ave. exit and go West toward Stanford.
Turn right on Bryant. 130 is about 4 blocks on the left.
Caltrain: Go to the Palo Alto exit. If you were on a Southbound train,
take the tunnel under the tracks to the other side.
Go east on University Ave, turn left on Bryant.
