There is still the issue of getting a complete print. In many police
investigations, partial prints are picked up and used as circumstantial
evidence in support of the main case. Turning these into reliable full
prints would be a helluva challenge, and certainly more than most spoofers
would be willing to deal with, unless a target is picked for a specific
reason, in which case, befriending and inviting somewhere to handle a glass
object would be easier and potentially more accurate.
