At first glance it looks like an ordinary substitution cipher or a codebook with close-but-no-cigar stego. A few questions for you : I don't see what color has to do with anything. And MS Access is "low-overhead" ??? Why is a GIF file as a container so wonderful? There are better compression options. Not buying it, Mike
