If I were really, really paranoid, I'd think about digging a server
bay in the basement floor; line it with a chilled water jacket for
cooling; concrete right over it.  Needing a jackhammer to get to it
for equipment upgrades would be a hassle, but it'd be secure.

On a more light hearted note: 

A thermite charge over the drive bays would slag 'em pretty good.
Best to arrange for some sort of key pad, in addition to your
photocell trigger, or you'll never get the case closed or opened
again.
