Yeah, that's a decent list. As I've understood it, however, "collapse of governments" is the expected result, once the rest are effectively in place. Eliminating a particular government through armed struggle has typically led either to another government, or to a failed state. But if you create the basis of functional anarchy, government is superfluous. <snip>
