I have fourier.py with tests for "extracting a repeating wave" that are not passing simply because the wave is sampled very differently from its model 0614
0615 maybe i'll switch back to vis.py; oh that's inhibited too 0616 i actually have a small EEG going. when i try to start working on this i experience sparkles on my skin and other things that show clear miswiring associated with the inhibition. the EEG lets me press a button to indicate an event. i guess i'd like this to be easier than that. also i feel the inhbition changing in response to having some its paths possibly isolatable in a log. 0617 thinking about fourier.py, samples, etc
