just to clarify, it is quite wonderful that these people prioritized the tpm and vboot. they clearly have sensical priorities regarding that.
one can infer dev contribution time would be helpful to them. at the time it looked like it would be helpful around sorting out how to upstream their work into coreboot, which they promised the community they would do, but may not have experience around.
