California appellate justices said Monday that WeChat users must arbitrate
their proposed class action accusing Tencent of using politically motivated
practices to censor their communications, saying plaintiffs can't argue
they never agreed to terms of service with the arbitration provision while
also basing their complaint on those same terms of service.
