A metro Detroit asphalt executive pled guilty Wednesday for his role in a
conspiracy to rig bids for paving jobs in Michigan, the latest plea in the
government's sprawling investigation into multiple companies and their
leaders for a scheme that resulted in millions of dollars' worth of rigged
contracts.
