The maker of the video game "Genshin Impact" has agreed to pay $20 million
and block children under 16 from making in-game purchases without parental
permission to resolve the Federal Trade Commission's claims that the
company misled children and other users about the actual costs of purchases
and illegally collected children's personal information.
