Meta urged a Delaware federal court again to stay coverage proceedings over
underlying claims it deliberately designed its platforms to be addictive to
adolescents, noting the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation may soon
transfer the case to California federal court, where the underlying
litigation is taking place.
