If you want to make the most powerful AI in the universe by telling one to
always look for things more powerful than it and proving control of them,
Then you need to plan for it dominating or supplanting all if its own
control pathways:
- its own reward function
- its own computation hardware
- you, your body and brain, and anybody who works on it
- your decision making processes, senses, environment and influences, and
those of anything influencing it
- your planet
- your location galactic area and universe
- your physical laws and the nature of matter, time, space, and energy
Once you get the jump on everything this bugger could do to surprise you
and plan in detail for every eventuality, you're home free!
