Dear Friend,

I am Kayode Coker an accounts officer at with an established financial
institution , I am writing this letter to solicit for support and assistance
from you to carry out this business opportunity in my department. Lying in an
inactive account is the sum of US$4.7million belonging to a foreign customer
(Chief Engr- John Lee Walsh) who was a former expertriate official/employee
with the National Petroleum corporation. Kindly forgive the means by which I
send you this proposal

He died with his wife and two children in a baot while on his way to his
offshore residence in Port harcourt at the Okumagba River Warri Nigeria in
november 1995. Ever since he died the bank has been expecting his next of kin
to come and claim these fund, the NDIC could not liquidate the account because
I have filled a motion that a next of kin wrote in to the effect.

On this note, the money cannot be released unless someone applies for it as
next of kin as indicated in our banking guideline. Unfortunately all efforst
made to contact his kinsmen has not yeilded any meaningful result , while the
board wants the money sent to the governments treasury for arms purchese.

At this juncture I have decided to seek someone who I will use to lay claim to
this money as I was the personal accounts officer to the deceased client and he
wished that he would one day own a firm of some sort that will help the poor
and I wish his dreams to be brought to fulfilment. To this effect I solicit
your assistance in applying as the next of kin then the money can be released
to you. As we do not want this money to go into the bank treasury as an
unclaimed bill. The banking law and guideline stipulates that if such money(s)
remains unclaimed for a period of up to 6 years(6yrs) the money will be
transferred into the banks treasury as an unclaimed bill.

My request for a foreigner as next of kin is occasioned by the fact that the
customer was a foreigner and a local citizen cannot stand in as next of kin. To
effect the immediate transfer of the fund to you as agreed, you must apply
first to the bank as the next of kin to the decease, then we will follow up all
formalities for the transaction. Note that this transaction is legally safe and
85% risk free and all modalities has been worked out for a successful
transaction and all legal formalities have also been perfected.

Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or mail the text of the
application, as soon as you receive the text i will further clarify you in
other issues as it affects the transaction . Awaiting to hearing from you.

Best Regards

Kayode Coker
