I have had insanely few hours for hacking on Cyrus proper for a while - but I really would like to get our work out there for everyone, so having a date to work towards will give me incentive.

I saw that you rolled caldav. The future looks bright for all of us then ;)

are you running the caldav on the same backends as the mailstores or on different ones?

For what its worth, CMU started running Cyrus httpd on the same backends as the mailstores shortly after I started writing the CalDAV/CardDAV/RSS code almost 3 years ago (can't believe its been that long already). This is the case because httpd serves up regular Cyrus mailboxes, whether they be shared mailboxes served up via RSS or personal calendars that are hidden mailboxes under a user's IMAP Inbox. I suppose because of the nature of a Murder, you could split the personal calendar mailboxes onto a different backend, but we choose to keep all of a user's mailboxes together on the same backend.
