I have finished reading all the proposals and thinking about it and I  
have to say I think this is going to be a great project. Can you put  
up a formal proposal on the google site for PSF (I haven't seen  
anything there yet). Your "Developing Cython for Easy NumPy  
Integration" is a great title, and the bulk of the text is already  
written.
