I wrote a set of notes for myself when I was trying to figure out how cython
works. They very unpolished but I'm going to post them in the hope maybe
someone will help expand them since I haven't been able to work on them since
then. I think a nice detailed documentation of how cython works will be helpful
making it easier for people to join the development team.
Feedback is appreciated, in particular anyone with any good examples
of how certain nodes work that would help someone adding functionality is
something I would like.
