Thanks for the confidence. I'll give it a few days and see how I feel about working on it when I've cooled down a bit (and talked over some of the details with Kurt and seen how much he gets room for in the GSoC -- hopefully by voice on Skype to give my fingers a break). In a few weeks, when things are calmer, we should start a thread about how we can avoid similar long threads in the future (sometimes not having a feature is better than using so much time discussing it).
